Dream Space

A winter retreat for deep rest and nervous system restoration

january 22 - 25, 2026

(limited spaces available)

Hello, Beautiful Soul

I’m so glad you’re considering joining me for this retreat. These gatherings are intentionally small, intimate, and held with great care—designed for women who are longing for rest, spaciousness, and a return to themselves.

Each retreat home hosts just three participants, allowing for deep quiet, personal attention, and a felt sense of being truly held. Before registering, I invite you to read through the details below and notice how your body responds. If this retreat feels like a gentle yes, I would love to welcome you.

You are welcome exactly as you are—curious, tired, uncertain, or ready. This retreat meets you where you are and unfolds at the pace your nervous system can trust.

🖤 Regina

Retreat Overview

January is a time to exhale after the intensity of the holidays and return to the body’s natural rhythm of rest.

Dream Space offers a quiet sanctuary for slowing down, restoring depleted nervous systems, and reconnecting with your heart. Inspired by the lineage of rest-as-resistance and the wisdom of The Nap Ministry, this retreat invites participants into a quiet Dream Space where the body, time, and imagination are honored as sacred.

This is not a retreat about productivity, visioning, or self-improvement. It is an invitation to slow down enough to remember what it feels like to be held by ease, supported by collective care, and restored at a human pace. Here, rest is not something earned — it is something reclaimed.

Through silence, gentle ritual, contemplative practices, and shared presence, participants are invited to rest deeply and begin the year from a place of grounded clarity.

testimonials

“This retreat felt like a blend of a cozy home and a boutique bed & breakfast. Because Regina also hosts short-term stays here, the space feels welcoming and neutral — not like you’re intruding on someone’s personal life. I had plenty of room to unpack, spread out, and make myself comfortable. Having nourishing soup on the stove whenever I wanted and not needing to think about dinner was such a gift.”

—Rebecca Silos

“What stood out most was how comfortable and cared for I felt. Nothing felt overlooked or rushed. The house is clean, organized, and full of thoughtful details that make you want to slow down. As a solo woman, I felt completely at ease — I had plenty of space to myself, and it was comforting to know Regina was available if I needed anything. I arrived carrying stress, and I left feeling genuinely rested.”

—Leah Carson

“Regina has a unique way of helping you connect to your own inner world without fixing, pushing, or directing. I felt deeply seen, accepted, and safe with her. There was no sense of doing anything ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’ When things came up for me, she was available to talk or simply hold space, and that made all the difference.”

—Andrea Bristol

“The balance of the retreat was perfect for me. There was gentle structure — circles, meditation, quiet visualizations, and journaling — but also lots of private time. I never felt rushed or pressured to participate in any particular way. The retreat helped me turn inward and access clarity and wisdom I didn’t even realize I had. I left feeling grounded and more connected to myself, with tools I know I can keep returning to.”
